Product details

Honey from our own apiaries around Bangor-on-Dee and Penley. Each batch comes from a single apiary, with its own character shaped by the flowers and the season.

About the honey

340 g of Welsh wildflower honey in a hexagonal glass jar
Single-apiary batches, kept separate rather than blended between apiaries
Extracted and strained without heating
100% honey, with nothing added

We use a standard honey sieve to remove visible pieces of wax before jarring. Colour, aroma and flavour vary naturally between apiaries and seasons.

Natural crystallisation

Honey can crystallise over time. This is a normal change in texture and does not mean the honey has gone bad.

Storage and suitability

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
