BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS · 2027 SEASON
Bees for Business
Sponsor a hive in our apiaries, or explore professionally managed bees at your premises. A connection to local beekeeping, with Gordon taking care of the bees.
AT OUR APIARIES
Sponsor a Hive
Sponsor a hive at one of our North Wales apiaries and follow its season with your team. You don’t need land or beekeeping experience — we look after the bees, and the hive and equipment remain ours.
YOUR ANNUAL PARTNERSHIP
Your name on a hive
A company-name and logo plaque on your sponsored hive at our apiary.
An introduction in pictures
A photograph of your hive and its place in our apiary.
Two seasonal updates
Photographs and notes from Gordon to share the colony’s progress with your team.
A taste of the season
Discuss an agreed honey allowance or a honey-purchase benefit for your business.
We’ll confirm the annual price, what’s included and any honey allowance in your proposal. Harvests vary with the weather and the season.
AT YOUR PREMISES
Managed bees at your premises
Would you like bees at your own premises? We’ll visit your site and discuss the hives, equipment and ongoing care it would need.
Each service is quoted individually. Regular inspections, feeding and colony health are all part of planning the care of your bees.
A suitable place for bees
- Reliable access for inspections and moving equipment.
- A sheltered position with safe separation from staff, visitors and public paths.
- Suitable forage, water and space around the colonies.
- A service plan matched to your site and the needs of the bees.
We assess suitability before agreeing an installation. Hive care and staff safety come first.
A SEASON TO FOLLOW
Bring your team closer to the bees
Follow the highs and lows of a beekeeping season with your colleagues and customers. I’ll share what’s happening at the hive and the work that goes into looking after the colony.
Sponsorship supports our beekeeping work; it isn’t a carbon-offset or biodiversity certification scheme.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Make it yours
Beyond your company plaque, we can discuss suitable hive finishes in your colours or honey gifts with branded presentation. We’ll agree the design, quantities and any extra cost before work begins.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Before we begin
Do we need space for sponsorship?
No. A sponsored hive stays at one of our apiaries. On-site management is a separate option for businesses with suitable premises.
Will the honey come from our hive?
We identify the source of our honey, but do not guarantee an individual hive’s harvest or a fixed yield. Your proposal sets out the honey benefit and what happens if the season is poor.
Do we own the bees?
Sponsorship does not transfer ownership of the bees or equipment. For managed hives at your premises, ownership and responsibilities are set out in the individual agreement.
Do you work with English businesses?
Yes. We welcome business enquiries on both sides of the Wales–England border. On-site management depends on location, access and our capacity to provide regular care.
LET’S TALK
A good place to start
Tell Gordon what interests you. For on-site hives, a postcode and a short description of the space are useful. We will reply by email.
